1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use Pabble only with that permission.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and sign-in methods secure. Provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to use, and contact playpabble@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Guest accounts may be lost if the app is removed, the device is reset, or the guest account is not linked to an available sign-in provider.
2. Gameplay and matchmaking
Pabble is a competitive word game. Results can depend on timing, connection quality, game rules, and opponent activity. Matchmaking may consider availability, rating, blocks, technical conditions, and service needs.
Service interruptions, disconnects, anti-cheat rules, or opponent departure may affect a match result. We may correct clear technical errors, but we do not guarantee that every match, score, reward, or ranking will be uninterrupted or preserved.
3. Names, content, and conduct
Your username and other player-visible material must follow the Community Guidelines. You must not:
- harass, threaten, hate, sexually exploit, deceive, impersonate, or expose another person's private information;
- use an unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or seriously offensive username or other content;
- cheat, automate play, manipulate matchmaking or rewards, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, reverse engineer except where law permits, or evade enforcement;
- use Pabble for spam, unauthorized advertising, fraud, money laundering, gambling, or transfer of virtual items for real-world value; or
- attempt to access another account, our systems, or information you are not authorized to use.
We may filter or change names, investigate reports, restrict features or matching, remove content, adjust improperly obtained items, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect players, Pabble, or others. You can report or block from the match recap and contact support to appeal an enforcement decision.
4. Virtual items, purchases, and refunds
Coins, themes, rewards, and other virtual items are limited, personal, revocable licenses to use features inside Pabble. They have no cash value, are not property, and may not be sold, transferred, redeemed, or used outside Pabble.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to that store's billing, family, cancellation, and refund rules. Prices and availability may vary by platform, region, currency, and tax. Contact the store for a store-managed refund and email us if a correctly completed purchase is not reflected in Pabble.
Unless law or store rules require otherwise, virtual items may be changed or discontinued as Pabble evolves. Deleting an account permanently removes its virtual-item balance and does not itself create a refund right.
5. Advertising
Pabble may show third-party ads through Yodo1 MAS. Rewarded ads are optional offers; interstitial ads may appear at natural transitions. Ads and advertised products are provided by third parties, and Pabble does not endorse or guarantee them.
Your privacy and reporting controls are described on the Advertising & Privacy Choices page. If you believe an ad is inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, or not age-appropriate, use the in-app ad-report option or contact support.
6. License, ownership, and feedback
Subject to these Terms, Sanjay Pathak grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pabble for non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app-store rules.
Pabble's software, artwork, sounds, branding, rules presentation, and other materials are owned by Sanjay Pathak or the applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. No ownership transfers to you.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, process, and moderate material you submit to operate Pabble. If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them without payment or obligation, but you keep ownership of any rights you already hold.
7. Updates, availability, and termination
We may update Pabble, change game balance, add or remove features, perform maintenance, or discontinue the service. Some updates may be required to continue playing safely or compatibly.
You may stop using Pabble or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or serious harm to the service or others. Where reasonable and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
Terms that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment records, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—continue after termination.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Pabble is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free play, a particular opponent, ad, reward, ranking, or compatibility with every device or network.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees, remedies, or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, Sanjay Pathak is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, loss caused by unauthorized third-party conduct, or events beyond reasonable control.
You are responsible for evaluating third-party ads and links before interacting with them. If you believe an advertised offer is fraudulent or unsafe, stop interacting with it and report it.
9. Store terms, changes, and contact
Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply to your download, billing, and platform use. The store operator is not responsible for Pabble's maintenance or support except to the extent its own terms say otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, or legal changes. The updated date will be shown above and legally required notice will be provided for material changes. Continuing to use Pabble after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
