1. Respect other players
Do not use a username or other content that:
- threatens, harasses, humiliates, stalks, or encourages harm;
- attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or another protected characteristic;
- is sexually explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate for a general-audience game;
- promotes self-harm, terrorism, violent extremism, illegal activity, scams, or dangerous products;
- impersonates another person, organization, developer, moderator, or public figure; or
- infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
2. Play fairly
Do not use bots, scripts, modified clients, automation, collusion, exploits, network manipulation, multiple-account abuse, refund abuse, or any unauthorized method to influence matches, rankings, rewards, purchases, or virtual currency.
If you find a bug or exploit, stop using it and email playpabble@gmail.com with enough detail to reproduce it safely. Do not publish instructions that enable abuse before it is fixed.
3. Protect privacy and account security
- Do not share another person's real name, address, phone number, private messages, credentials, financial information, or precise location without lawful permission.
- Do not ask minors for personal information or attempt to move them to unsafe private communication.
- Never share your password, authentication code, or access token with another player or with anyone claiming to be Pabble support.
Pabble support will not ask for your password or full payment-card details.
4. Report and block
Report a player
From a match recap, open the player-safety control, choose Report Player, select the closest reason, and confirm. Reports about player accounts are queued with relevant match context for moderation review. The reported player is not told who submitted the report.
Block a player
Select Block Player from the same control. Blocking is designed to prevent future matching or rematches between the two player accounts. It does not erase completed match history or automatically prove that a rule was broken.
After any match
Safety controls remain available when a match uses an automated opponent. A report concerning an automated opponent may be treated as game-quality feedback rather than a conduct case, and a block is applied only where it is technically relevant to future matching.
5. How moderation works
We may review the report reason, associated account and match records, prior reports, patterns of conduct, and information supplied to support. We may dismiss a report, warn or rename an account, restrict features or matchmaking, remove improperly obtained items, suspend access, or terminate an account.
A report does not guarantee a particular action. We consider context, severity, available evidence, repeat behavior, risk to players, and legal obligations. To protect privacy and enforcement systems, we may not disclose detailed action taken against another account.
Knowingly false, retaliatory, discriminatory, or automated mass reporting can itself lead to action.
6. Appeals and urgent concerns
If you believe an action against your account was mistaken, email playpabble@gmail.com with your username, the approximate date, and a concise explanation. Appeals are reviewed using the information reasonably available.
If someone is in immediate danger or a crime is in progress, contact local emergency services. Pabble support is not an emergency service.
